Requirements

• 2-3+ years experience in top-tier consulting (McKinsey, BCG, or Bain)
• Experienced in OKRs and project management
• Commercially minded with understanding of business operations
• AI-literate with familiarity in emerging technologies
• Strong connector and communicator with stakeholder alignment skills
