💼 About This Role

You'll own commercial contracting at Radar, partnering with Sales and GTM to drive deal velocity and manage risk. Your work will be core to how we scale toward $100M ARR. This role offers meaningful equity in a high-growth company.

🎯 What You'll Do

  • Negotiate SaaS MSAs, order forms, NDAs, and vendor agreements
  • Partner with Sales and Customer Success on deal strategy
  • Build and evolve contract templates and playbooks
  • Design and scale contracting workflows and legal ops

📋 Requirements

  • 3–5+ years at a top-tier law firm or high-growth company
  • Strong experience negotiating SaaS MSAs with enterprise customers
  • Deep understanding of commercial risk (indemnity, liability, SLAs)
  • Proven ability to run deals independently in a fast-paced environment

✨ Nice to Have

  • Experience with corporate governance and board materials
  • Familiarity with equity management
  • Startup legal department experience
