Description

You will lead the data center business growth strategy, drive partnerships with hyperscalers and colocation providers, evaluate and prioritize powered sites, and manage commercial deal structuring from origination to execution. Collaborate cross-functionally to convert opportunities into bankable projects, while monitoring market trends and representing the company in industry networks.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Economics, Computer Science or related field
7+ years in business/project development
2+ years in data center industry
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
Deep understanding of data center market drivers (hyperscaler demand, AI compute, power procurement)

Responsibilities

Lead development and execution of data center growth strategy
Build strategic relationships with hyperscalers and colocation providers
Evaluate and prioritize prospective data center sites (power, interconnection, permitting, cooling)
Oversee customer-facing materials (RFP responses, commercial proposals, presentations)
Lead cross-functional deal teams through origination, negotiation, and contract execution
