Description

In this role, you will develop and execute go-to-market strategies for new market penetration, build relationships with referral sources, and spend 4-5 days per week in the field meeting with patients, parents, and providers. You'll work closely with internal teams to drive growth and ensure access to life-saving mental health treatment.

Requirements

• Must be based in Charlotte, NC
• Fluent in English
• 1-4 years proven sales experience
• Ability to travel locally 4-5 days/week with reliable transportation
• Strong interpersonal and project management skills

Responsibilities

• Develop and operationalize GTM strategy for new market penetration
• Build and manage relationships with referral sources across priority markets
• Lead field meetings with patients, parents, and providers
• Design strategies to support and engage referral partners
• Synthesize market feedback to inform marketing and product strategies
