Description

You will develop core robotics libraries, lead major features like Software-in-the-Loop simulators, and optimize autonomous drone products. Collaborating with hardware teams across the product lifecycle, you'll tackle complex robotics problems and ensure mission-critical performance in deployed systems.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Robotics, Computer Science, or related field
• 3+ years professional software development experience
• Strong proficiency in C++ or Rust, with Linux development experience
• Hands-on experience with electrical and mechanical systems
• Eligible to obtain and maintain U.S. Secret security clearance

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain core robotics libraries (frame transformations, targeting, guidance)
• Lead development and implementation of major product features (e.g., Software-in-the-Loop simulators)
• Optimize performance of existing products, primarily Altius Drone
• Collaborate with hardware and manufacturing teams throughout product lifecycle
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues in deployed systems
