Description

You will design and deploy intelligent automation solutions within the Finance function, focusing on RPA and AI-driven automation. You'll partner with Finance, IT, and Data teams to identify inefficiencies, map processes, and deliver end-to-end automation projects on platforms like UiPath.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, IS, CS, or related field
• 5+ years experience in finance transformation or automation
• Hands-on experience with RPA tools (e.g., UiPath)
• Solid understanding of finance processes (R2R, AP, reconciliations, reporting)
• Basic knowledge of AI/GenAI concepts

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain RPA solutions (e.g., UiPath) for R2R and P2P cycles
• Build AI-driven automation use cases (e.g., intelligent agents)
• Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize bots for performance and reliability
• Partner with Finance stakeholders to identify automation opportunities
• Manage end-to-end delivery of automation initiatives including scoping and reporting
