You'll serve as the primary point of contact for support across enterprise customers, paid subscribers, app users, video creators, and partners. You'll deliver high-quality support in a high-volume, real-time environment, collaborating with cross-functional teams. This role stands out for its focus on safety-related escalations and enterprise lifecycle management.
๐ฏ What You'll Do
- Support enterprise customers from trial through renewal
- Provide real-time support to Premium subscribers during safety situations
- Respond to inbound support inquiries from app users
- Review inbound video footage across creator channels
๐ Requirements
- High-volume multi-channel workflow management
- Judgment in triaging severity of customer issues
- Experience in customer success or enterprise support
- Proficiency in AI-powered tools and workflows
