You'll deliver high-quality support in a high-volume, real-time environment, collaborating with cross-functional teams. This role stands out for its focus on safety-related escalations and enterprise lifecycle management.

  • Support enterprise customers from trial through renewal
  • Provide real-time support to Premium subscribers during safety situations
  • Respond to inbound support inquiries from app users
  • Review inbound video footage across creator channels

๐Ÿ“‹ Requirements

  • High-volume multi-channel workflow management
  • Judgment in triaging severity of customer issues
  • Experience in customer success or enterprise support
  • Proficiency in AI-powered tools and workflows
