💼 About This Role

You'll design and deploy high-performance electromechanical systems for autonomous aerospace manufacturing at Hadrian's new Factory 3. Your work will directly enable 10x faster production of rockets, satellites, and jets. This role offers the chance to own complex systems from concept through production validation.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Develop end-of-arm tooling for pick-and-place applications
• Design and release electromechanical systems
• Select and integrate motion components (actuators, pneumatics, bearings)
• Lead hands-on installation and commissioning of automation systems

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, physics, or computer science
• 5+ years of experience in electromechanical integration
• Deep mechanical fundamentals including statics, dynamics, and tolerance analysis
• Proven experience with industrial robot integration (FANUC, ABB, KUKA)

✨ Nice to Have

• Ownership of DFM/DFA for precision electromechanical systems
• Familiarity with PLC-based controls (Siemens, Rockwell, Honeywell)
• Comfort with basic scripting (Python, structured text)
