You'll design and oversee ABA treatment programs for children with Autism in our midtown Charlotte clinic. Your core impact is providing parent education and supervising behavior technicians to ensure high-quality care. You'll benefit from small caseloads and a collaborative team environment.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Conduct behavior assessments according to client needs
• Design treatment plans and data collection systems
• Provide case oversight and mentorship to RBTs
• Deliver family training and document clinical activities

📋 Requirements

• Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification
• Experience with ASD
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Pass background and reference check
