💼 About This Role

You'll own launch readiness end-to-end, partnering with Product and Engineering to ensure every launch is fully supported. You'll drive cross-functional project plans, build scalable launch runbooks, and translate technical work into operational impact. This role is deeply embedded with technical teams in a fast-moving startup environment.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Drive launch readiness across all product and engineering workstreams
• Build and manage project plans, timelines, and milestones
• Run weekly launch readiness sync to track progress and surface risks
• Own Ops→Product roadmap and prioritization synthesizing asks into clear problem statements

📋 Requirements

• 5-8+ years of experience in product operations or similar cross-functional role
• Experience working closely with Product and Engineering teams in a sprint-based environment
• Proven ability to manage complex, cross-functional projects with multiple stakeholders
• Ability to translate technical product work into operational impact for internal teams and customers
