💼 About This Role

You'll design, build, and operate backend services and platform primitives for an AI-native requirements platform serving engineering organizations. You'll scale the system from thousands to hundreds of thousands of users, improving performance, reliability, and security across the stack. This is a high-ownership role at a fast-growing Series A startup focused on speed and strong fundamentals.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Design and build backend services and platform primitives for engineering workflows.
• Scale infrastructure to support hundreds of thousands of users.
• Own CI/CD pipelines, test infrastructure, and internal tooling.
• Collaborate with frontend and AI engineers on APIs and data models.

📋 Requirements

• 3+ years of software engineering experience in production systems.
• Strong systems design and distributed systems skills.
• Experience with containerization (Docker) and infrastructure-as-code (Terraform).
• Ability to own projects end-to-end in a fast-paced environment.

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with TypeScript and Node.js.
• Experience with Postgres and cloud services.
• Background in AI-native or hardware engineering platforms.
