🎯 What You'll Do

• Prepare financial reports and contract documents for renewals
• Negotiate terms and pricing with clients to maximize revenue
• Partner with SAMs, AEs, TAMs and finance for alignment
• Track renewal metrics and manage risk mitigation strategies

📋 Requirements

• 4+ years applicable experience in contract negotiation
• 4+ years in contact center or service delivery
• Experience with SAAS billing models
• Bachelor's degree in IT, Business, or equivalent work experience
