You'll lead Android feature delivery and mentor junior engineers on a scalable investing platform. You'll own features end-to-end, collaborating with cross-functional teams to delight thousands of UK investors.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead design and delivery of new Android features
• Own features end-to-end across backend, design, and QA
• Resolve complex issues and reduce technical debt
• Mentor junior engineers on best practices

📋 Requirements

• 6+ years experience building production-grade mobile apps
• Deep understanding of Android architecture (MVVM/MVI)
• Strong experience with Kotlin, Dagger, Jetpack, and Compose
• Experience with GraphQL and backend integration

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with coroutines, flow, or Rx
• Familiarity with Git and collaborative development
• Understanding of CI and build tooling like CircleCI
