• Support Store Manager in achieving sales plan and comp sales goals.

• Manage shrink/loss prevention, payroll, and associate schedules.
• Merchandise the store using planograms and launch promotions on time.

📋 Requirements

• 1-2 years of retail store management experience.
• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• Experience with payroll, reporting, scheduling, and merchandising.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and navigate the store.
