🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead daily production activities to meet safety, quality, and efficiency targets.
• Supervise, coach, and evaluate Team Leads and Operators.
• Monitor performance metrics and lead Tier 2 daily management meetings.
• Coordinate with Planning, Materials, Quality, and Maintenance teams.

📋 Requirements

• 3+ years in manufacturing or production environment.
• 1+ years in a formal or informal leadership role.
• Experience with takt time, standard work, and visual management.
• Proficiency in ERP and Excel.

✨ Nice to Have

• Coaching performance management.
• Root cause analysis (5 Whys, fishbone).
• Understanding of Lean and 5S principles.
