💼 About This Role

You'll serve as the principal cybersecurity advisor for DoD mission-critical environments, leading RMF execution and ATO sustainment. Your core impact is driving enterprise cybersecurity compliance while delegating execution to ISSOs and engineering staff. This role offers strategic leadership without excessive hands-on intervention.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead cybersecurity resource planning and backlog prioritization.
• Oversee RMF artifact preparation and eMASS package quality.
• Represent program during SCA and A&A events.
• Establish weekly cadence for incident response and RFM sustainment.

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in cybersecurity or related field with 8-10+ years experience.
• Security+ certification required; CISSP, CASP+, or CISM preferred.
• Minimum 3-5 years of technical leadership experience.
• Demonstrated experience with RMF and core tools (eMASS, STIGs, ACAS).
