You'll join Vanta's Sales Development team as an SDR, driving outbound sales for a fast-growing trust management platform. You'll own the outbound sales engine, build pipeline, and help distinguish Vanta in a competitive landscape. This role offers clear career advancement and a strong focus on enablement.
๐ฏ What You'll Do
- Master identifying strategic accounts using tools like Salesforce, ZoomInfo, Outreach.
- Organize multi-channel prospecting and develop sequences in Outreach.
- Coordinate meetings on account executives' calendars and log activities.
- Efficiently counter objections and maintain strong interpersonal skills.

- Enthusiasm for cold calling
- Relentless work ethic to meet 120 daily activities minimum
- Adaptability and problem-solving skills
- Strategic mindset to prioritize accounts and tailor approaches
