You'll join Vanta's Sales Development team as an SDR, driving outbound sales for a fast-growing trust management platform. You'll own the outbound sales engine, build pipeline, and help distinguish Vanta in a competitive landscape. This role offers clear career advancement and a strong focus on enablement.

๐ŸŽฏ What You'll Do

  • Master identifying strategic accounts using tools like Salesforce, ZoomInfo, Outreach.
  • Organize multi-channel prospecting and develop sequences in Outreach.
  • Coordinate meetings on account executives' calendars and log activities.
  • Efficiently counter objections and maintain strong interpersonal skills.

  • Adaptability and problem-solving skills
  • Strategic mindset to prioritize accounts and tailor approaches
