💼 About This Role

You'll deliver post-sales support for Incorta's analytics platform, resolving technical and non-technical inquiries for US time zone customers. You'll serve as an advocate, mentor junior engineers, and enrich knowledge bases to drive continuous improvement.

🎯 What You'll Do

  • Resolve post-sales customer inquiries via phone and email
  • Troubleshoot complex issues related to installation and performance
  • Design reports and dashboards for customers
  • Mentor junior support engineers and lead support projects

📋 Requirements

  • 8 years of total technical experience
  • 3-5 years of customer support experience
  • 2+ years supporting analytics and BI software products
  • Linux, Tomcat, and Kafka experience

✨ Nice to Have

  • Experience with Tableau, MicroStrategy, or PowerBI
  • Oracle ERP knowledge
  • ITIL V3 certification
