You'll deliver post-sales support for Incorta's analytics platform, resolving technical and non-technical inquiries for US time zone customers. You'll serve as an advocate, mentor junior engineers, and enrich knowledge bases to drive continuous improvement.
🎯 What You'll Do
- Resolve post-sales customer inquiries via phone and email
- Troubleshoot complex issues related to installation and performance
- Design reports and dashboards for customers
- Mentor junior support engineers and lead support projects
📋 Requirements
- 8 years of total technical experience
- 3-5 years of customer support experience
- 2+ years supporting analytics and BI software products
- Linux, Tomcat, and Kafka experience
✨ Nice to Have
- Experience with Tableau, MicroStrategy, or PowerBI
- Oracle ERP knowledge
- ITIL V3 certification
