You'll take full ownership of end-to-end recruitment for technical roles across multiple locations, primarily software engineering. You'll partner closely with hiring managers and use data-driven insights to continuously improve hiring. This role offers a high level of autonomy and the chance to shape scalable recruitment processes.
๐ฏ What You'll Do
- Own end-to-end recruitment from role briefing to offer
- Partner with hiring managers to align expectations and drive decisions
- Proactively source and engage passive candidates using diverse tools
- Track recruitment metrics and use insights to improve outcomes
๐ Requirements
- 3+ years of end-to-end IT recruitment experience
- Strong sourcing skills with LinkedIn and creative approaches
- Experience partnering with hiring managers and driving processes
- Data-driven approach with ATS and recruitment metrics

- Experience in multi-location or international environments
- Experience hiring PHP, React, Data Engineering, or Project Management roles
