  • Own end-to-end recruitment from role briefing to offer
  • Partner with hiring managers to align expectations and drive decisions
  • Proactively source and engage passive candidates using diverse tools
  • Track recruitment metrics and use insights to improve outcomes

  • 3+ years of end-to-end IT recruitment experience
  • Strong sourcing skills with LinkedIn and creative approaches
  • Experience partnering with hiring managers and driving processes
  • Data-driven approach with ATS and recruitment metrics

  • Experience in multi-location or international environments
  • Experience hiring PHP, React, Data Engineering, or Project Management roles
