You'll lead and develop a team of Mid-Market Account Managers, driving renewal and expansion revenue. You'll set strategy and build playbooks to turn strong contributors into a high-performing team. You'll partner with cross-functional leaders to scale mid-market account programs and improve customer experience.

🎯 What You'll Do

  • Lead and develop a team of Account Managers to meet revenue targets.
  • Own the mid-market book of business for renewals and expansion.
  • Design account management playbooks covering the customer lifecycle.
  • Run pipeline reviews, deal inspections, and forecast calls.

📋 Requirements

  • 4+ years of SaaS account management or expansion sales experience.
  • 1-2 years directly managing a quota-carrying team.
  • Track record of leading teams to meet renewal and expansion targets.
  • Strong forecasting ability and CRM discipline.
