You'll lead and develop a team of Mid-Market Account Managers, driving renewal and expansion revenue. You'll set strategy and build playbooks to turn strong contributors into a high-performing team. You'll partner with cross-functional leaders to scale mid-market account programs and improve customer experience.
🎯 What You'll Do
- Lead and develop a team of Account Managers to meet revenue targets.
- Own the mid-market book of business for renewals and expansion.
- Design account management playbooks covering the customer lifecycle.
- Run pipeline reviews, deal inspections, and forecast calls.
📋 Requirements
- 4+ years of SaaS account management or expansion sales experience.
- 1-2 years directly managing a quota-carrying team.
- Track record of leading teams to meet renewal and expansion targets.
- Strong forecasting ability and CRM discipline.
