As the UK anchor for Codal, you will serve as the heartbeat of our Lincoln office, creating a vibrant workplace while taking on a global role in talent development and performance management. You'll bridge global strategy with local reality, ensuring the UK team feels supported, challenged, and celebrated every day.

Requirements

• 3 to 10 years in People Operations, Employee Experience, or HR with heavy Performance Management focus
• Degree-level education
• Power-user of software; experience with Bamboo HR, Greenhouse, and Lattice is a major advantage
• Knowledge of UK employment law and local customs
• Hybrid role based in Lincoln office

Responsibilities

• Oversee Lincoln office operations, ensuring a vibrant and productive environment
• Plan and execute local culture activities and team-building events
• Lead annual and mid-year performance review cycles
• Manage end-to-end UK payroll including PTO tracking and compensation adjustments
• Serve as UK liaison for global accounting team, handling QuickBooks reconciliation and cash flow forecasts
