You'll own product direction for the Customer Hub, a self-serve portal where shoppers interact with brands post-purchase. You'll define the handoff between self-service and support, improving resolution rates and customer satisfaction. This role sits at the intersection of customer experience, support tooling, and brand operations.
๐ฏ What You'll Do
- Contribute to product vision and roadmap for the Customer Hub.
- Design and improve self-service experiences for order tracking, account management, and support.
- Define handoff from self-serve to agent workflows.
- Partner with engineering, design, data, and CX teams to deliver scalable solutions.
๐ Requirements
- 4โ8+ years of product management experience building customer-facing or platform products.
- Comfortable navigating complex tradeoffs and aligning cross-functional stakeholders.
- Strong cross-functional communicator translating customer problems into requirements.
- Experience building or improving customer support, self-service, or portal products.
