You'll guide customers through onboarding and adoption of ClickUp's AI workspace. You'll build success plans and partner with Sales and Support to ensure value. You'll drive AI adoption and deploy simple agents for customer use cases.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Support lite onboarding and implementation of ClickUp.
• Monitor seat utilization, adoption trends, and stakeholder engagement.
• Conduct templatized Intake → Execution → Reporting cycles for workflows.
• Drive adoption of ClickUp AI and deploy simple Agents.

📋 Requirements

• Proficient understanding of ClickUp platform capabilities and automation logic.
• Able to translate business needs into simple solutions.
• Familiar with generative AI concepts and automation frameworks.
• Proficient at workflow analysis and process design.
