💼 About This Role

You'll lead on-site execution of commercial solar projects, coordinating with subcontractors and internal teams. You'll ensure projects are completed safely, on time, and to high quality standards. This role offers a chance to work with the #1 national commercial rooftop solar developer.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Coordinate with engineers, subcontractors and vendors on site.
• Conduct quality assurance and safety inspections.
• Manage labor crews and subcontractors.
• Plan sequencing, crew-sizes, and productivity goals.

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience on solar commercial construction projects.
• Strong understanding of rooftop installations.
• Knowledge of construction safety requirements.
• Valid driver's license and willingness to travel.

✨ Nice to Have

• Ground-mount and carport commercial PV construction experience.
• Understanding of behind-the-meter and utility interconnections.
• OSHA 10 or 30 certification.
