You'll assist in transforming creative concepts into digital and print ready files for the LA28 Olympic and Paralympic Games. You'll support the creation and distribution of brand guidelines and official documents, ensuring design consistency across all assets. This is a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity to shape the look of the Games.

🎯 What You'll Do

  • Prepare and set up final design files for distribution
  • Develop versions of design files and brand assets for different stakeholders
  • Manage updates and distribution of brand assets and templates
  • Organize and maintain design files with the Digital Asset Manager

📋 Requirements

  • 3+ years of in-house or agency experience
  • Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) and Figma
  • Meticulous eye for accuracy, typography and design consistency
  • Strong design portfolio with current work showing understanding of print and digital standards

✨ Nice to Have

  • Understanding of brand identity systems, toolkits, and guidelines
  • Proficient layout design skills and file versioning
  • Passion for sports branding and the Olympic Paralympic movement
