💼 About This Role

You'll provide school-based behavioral support to K-12 students in historically under-resourced communities. You'll implement behavior plans and collaborate with a BCBA and IEP teams to make a meaningful impact on students' independence and development.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Implement individualized behavior intervention plans
• Collect and record student behavioral data
• Collaborate with BCBA and school IEP teams
• Support students in developing independence skills

📋 Requirements

• Active RBT certification through BACB
• Ability to obtain New Jersey RBT registration within 30 days
• At least 1 year of ABA or behavioral support experience
• High school diploma or higher
