Description

You will manage day-to-day operations of multiple affiliate programs, including affiliate communications, reporting, recruitment, fraud checks, and data analysis, while collaborating with your manager and peers to maximize program effectiveness and create growth opportunities.

Requirements

• Fluency in German
• 1-2 years of experience; background in online marketing, e-commerce, or affiliate marketing beneficial
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
• Advanced proficiency in Excel (v-lookups, pivot tables, formatting)
• Ability to travel when necessary for conferences and team meetings

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain client and affiliate communications, including creative newsletters and updates about promotions and program developments.
• Utilize Excel (pivot tables, v-lookups) to produce detailed reports, track performance, and analyze data for insights and trends.
• Summarize findings and provide actionable recommendations to optimize program performance.
• Own and manage client tasks with minimal supervision, ensuring deadlines are met and tasks are completed accurately.
• Manage multiple affiliate campaigns, maintaining a balanced focus across each, and organizing tasks by priority.
• Identify areas for process improvement and provide proactive support to peers and clients.
• Collaborate with peers and management to contribute ideas for process improvements and training.
