You'll lead total rewards and scale people operations for a fast-moving global electric mobility company. You'll build compensation frameworks, benefits strategy, and HR systems with direct access to business leaders. This lean, high-trust role offers autonomy to build the machine from the ground up.

๐ŸŽฏ What You'll Do

  • Evolve compensation philosophy and salary bands
  • Lead merit, bonus, and equity grant cycles
  • Own benefits strategy and vendor relationships
  • Build scalable people ops processes across lifecycle

๐Ÿ“‹ Requirements

  • 8-12 years of progressive People or People Ops experience
  • 5-7 years focused on compensation, benefits, or total rewards
  • Experience leading in a high-growth startup environment
  • Deep knowledge of equity programs (ISOs, RSUs) and multi-state benefits

โœจ Nice to Have

  • Experience in hardware, EV, or consumer product companies
  • Pre-IPO equity compensation experience
  • CCP, SHRM-SCP, or CEBS certification
