You'll lead total rewards and scale people operations for a fast-moving global electric mobility company. You'll build compensation frameworks, benefits strategy, and HR systems with direct access to business leaders. This lean, high-trust role offers autonomy to build the machine from the ground up.
๐ฏ What You'll Do
- Evolve compensation philosophy and salary bands
- Lead merit, bonus, and equity grant cycles
- Own benefits strategy and vendor relationships
- Build scalable people ops processes across lifecycle
๐ Requirements
- 8-12 years of progressive People or People Ops experience
- 5-7 years focused on compensation, benefits, or total rewards
- Experience leading in a high-growth startup environment
- Deep knowledge of equity programs (ISOs, RSUs) and multi-state benefits
โจ Nice to Have
- Experience in hardware, EV, or consumer product companies
- Pre-IPO equity compensation experience
- CCP, SHRM-SCP, or CEBS certification
