💼 About This Role

You'll work with Claap's co-founder on strategic accounts, leading AI transformation projects at the executive level and building the post-sales playbook from scratch. This role sits at the intersection of strategic account management, enterprise change management, and AI consulting.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Own a portfolio of strategic accounts (€20K+ ARR) and drive Net Revenue Retention
• Codify onboarding frameworks and Mutual Success Plan templates
• Run Executive Business Reviews and expansion conversations
• Bridge customer AI/data teams with Product to shape roadmap

📋 Requirements

• Carried a quota or NRR target in a commercial role
• Led adoption rollouts and change management in enterprise
• Built agentic workflows using AI platforms like Claude
• Hands-on experience with MCP, APIs, structured outputs

• Experience building a post-sales function from scratch
• Background in Solutions Engineering or transformation consulting
• Familiarity with HubSpot, Snowflake, or Salesforce integrations
