Description

You will architect and lead Jade Biosciences' global approach to clinical trial site budgeting, investigator grant strategy, and payment governance. This high-visibility role defines global grant philosophies, ensures compliance with FMV and transparency regulations, and oversees CRO performance for site budgets and payments across all clinical studies.

Requirements

• Equal fluency in clinical trial protocols and financial statements
• Highly skilled in influencing cross-functional and vendor partners
• Strict compliance with FMV and Sunshine/Open Payments regulations
• Proven experience in global site budgeting and investigator grant strategy
• Ability to manage CRO performance and resolve escalated payment issues

Responsibilities

• Define global investigator grant strategy including opening offers and negotiation parameters aligned with FMV standards
• Develop and maintain SOPs for budgeting, payments, and global transparency compliance (Sunshine/Open Payments)
• Translate clinical protocols into country-specific and site-level cost models
• Build and maintain global study budget forecasts, ensuring alignment with Clinical Operations and Finance
• Lead payment-related CRO governance, including issue resolution, aging analysis, and cycle-time performance
