You'll own the hybrid identity architecture and collaboration platforms, ensuring high availability and security across Active Directory, Exchange, and Google Workspace. You'll drive automation and engineering excellence while mentoring the team. This role offers direct impact on critical infrastructure in a fast-growing tech environment.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Design and operate Active Directory, Azure AD, DNS, and Exchange infrastructures.
• Lead incident management and root cause analysis for identity and email services.
• Improve operations through automation and self-service approaches.
• Proactively manage security, access control, and compliance risks.

📋 Requirements

• Enterprise-scale Active Directory architecture and multi-domain/forest designs.
• Expertise in Exchange Server 2016/2019, DAG, and hybrid configurations.
• Deep knowledge of Azure AD Connect, Conditional Access, and hybrid identity.
• Strong PowerShell scripting and automation skills.

• Experience with Google Workspace administration and integration.
• Familiarity with ITIL processes and service management.
• Knowledge of DNS troubleshooting and AD-integrated DNS.
