Description

You will own the voice of Bitcoin Dollar across X, Discord, and Telegram, building an audience from zero and crafting narratives that explain complex DeFi mechanics. This role focuses on creating compelling content, fostering genuine community engagement, and shaping market perception of the protocol.

Requirements

• 3+ years in community management, social media, or content creation in crypto/DeFi
• Active established X/Twitter presence in the crypto ecosystem
• Track record of building audiences from zero
• Ability to explain complex protocol mechanics to broad audience
• Experience designing community growth programs and campaigns

Responsibilities

• Own presence on X/Twitter: write threads, posts, and commentary to build following
• Build and moderate active Discord and Telegram communities
• Develop brand voice and content engine translating complex DeFi mechanics into accessible narratives
• Identify, recruit, and manage relationships with KOLs and DeFi influencers
• Drive listings on DefiLlama, DeFi Pulse, CoinGecko, Zapper, and major aggregators
