Description

You will coordinate and deliver customized clinical and technical training for MCG Health clients, employing adult learning methodologies to help healthcare professionals integrate MCG's software and guidelines into their practice. You'll assess client operations, develop education plans, conduct webinars and on-site training, and advocate for customer needs.

Requirements

• Associate's degree in nursing required
• Active and unrestricted RN license in a US state or territory
• 3 years of RN experience in acute care
• 5 years of experience in utilization management, case management, or disease management
• Ability to travel up to 50-70% of the time

Responsibilities

• Possess deep understanding of MCG software solutions and guidelines
• Assess client operations and recommend effective workflows
• Update and manage training programs, materials, and documentation
• Develop customized education plans with clients and internal teams
• Conduct webinars, workshops, and on-site training sessions
