You'll help Agile Teams deliver successfully using lean and agile values, principles, and practices. You'll facilitate agile events, coach teams on story definition and prioritization, and work with project leadership to monitor delivery metrics. This role offers the chance to drive positive change for US federal government missions.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Facilitate agile events and create artifacts like Definitions of Ready
• Coach teams on story definition, prioritization, and estimation
• Identify and escalate risks and impediments
• Design and facilitate agile training across frameworks

📋 Requirements

• Experience in an Agile Coaching role supporting technology delivery
• Grasp of agile frameworks: Scrum, Kanban, and SAFe
• Experience collaborating with Product Owners and Product Managers
• Hold at least one agile certification: CSM, ICP, or PMI-ACP

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with ALM tools (Jira, Azure DevOps)
• Active SAFe or ICAgile coaching certifications
