💼 About This Role

You'll share responsibility for branch operations and supervise staff to ensure a quality member experience at NASA Federal Credit Union. You'll support growth through sales coaching, compliance auditing, and process improvements. This role offers the chance to participate in corporate projects and lead departmental initiatives.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Coach and train staff on product knowledge and sales techniques
• Audit branch for policy compliance and physical standards
• Assist with performance documentation and disciplinary actions
• Support branch budget preparation and expense tracking

📋 Requirements

• 3-5 years of assistant branch management in a bank or credit union
• Experience managing both teller line and desk side operations
• Knowledge of credit union policies and banking regulations

• Associate degree or higher preferred
• Familiarity with Touchpoint multi-media platform
