🎯 What You'll Do

• Oversee neurodiversity-affirming clinical programming for ABA patients
• Lead and empower a team of behavior technicians (BTs)
• Manage a caseload averaging 26 billable hours per week
• Collaborate with transdisciplinary team (OT, speech, pediatrics)

📋 Requirements

• Master's degree in human services or related field
• Current BCBA certification required
• Experience with ABA treatment for children with autism
