🎯 What You'll Do

• Support Store Manager in recruiting, hiring, and retaining top talent
• Foster team communication and balance operational, visual, and customer priorities
• Deliver high-quality product services like boot branding, stretching, and shines
• Uphold stock-to-sales processes, visual standards, and loss prevention procedures

📋 Requirements

• 2+ years Retail Management experience
• Must be available 15-20 hours per week including weekends and holidays
• High School Diploma required
• Able to stand/walk for extended periods and lift up to 30 lbs regularly
