💼 About This Role

You'll address client inquiries on portfolio data feeds and data product functionalities within established SLAs. You'll investigate reported bugs and data issues, triaging with Engineering and Product teams. This role sits at the nexus of Addepar's activity with daily client, data provider, and cross-functional communications.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Address client inquiries on portfolio data feeds and data product functionalities within SLAs.
• Manage and complete requests from internal Data teams requiring client outreach for data verification.
• Investigate client-reported bugs and data processing issues, triaging with Engineering/Product.
• Partner with Account Managers and Solutions Architects to drive alignment on data escalations.
• Participate in multi-org projects to improve internal processes and support new product launches.

📋 Requirements

• 1+ years of work experience in financial investment/advisory industry
• Solid understanding of capital markets and portfolio accounting
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills with attention to detail
• Self-motivated with strong team-player mentality

✨ Nice to Have

• Familiarity with MS Suite, Salesforce, Atlassian, SQL, Bloomberg, Thomson Reuters
• Experience in customer relationship management
