💼 About This Role

You'll manage strategic sourcing activities to ensure continuous supply for production and NPI. You'll focus on end-to-end sourcing including spend analytics, supplier selection, and KPI development. This role at a rapidly growing life sciences company offers the chance to shape commodity roadmaps.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Develop and implement key commodities roadmaps.
• Negotiate Master Supplier Agreements with key suppliers.
• Prepare and execute RFI/RFPs and lead bid analysis.
• Estimate risks and apply minimizing techniques for business continuity.

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree required or equivalent work experience.
• 5+ years experience as a Global Sourcing leader or similar role.
• Experience creating and deploying RFx and contract negotiations.
• Experience in life sciences or high-technology manufacturing environment.

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience in Life Science industry and/or Reagents commodities.
• SAP knowhow preferred.
• Commodity strategies development experience.
