Description
You will lead and oversee all direct sales activities and strategies within your region, growing a sales team to achieve key business objectives. This includes planning, directing, and coordinating sales marketing activities, setting targets, implementing new initiatives, and managing team performance across residential event campaigns. You'll work closely with senior leadership and brand teams to drive customer loyalty and retention.
Requirements
- Experience developing and working towards sales targets and KPIs
- Managed a team of sales representatives across direct sales campaigns (door to door preferred)
- Obsession with detail and a nature that will not rest until everything is in order
- Quantitative and analytical experience including comfort with Excel
- Proactive, ambitious, and assertive with ownership of work
Responsibilities
- Plan, direct, and coordinate all internal sales marketing activities in respective State/Region
- Set targets and forecast sales results to drive high conversions and increase average order values
- Develop and implement new sales initiatives to maximize sales volume, profitability, and customer retention
- Manage local direct sales teams across residential and event sales campaigns, including hiring, onboarding, training, and performance management
- Organize and source special events and new opportunities for teams to sell within the region
