You'll drive measurable ROI by analyzing KPIs and conducting A/B testing to scale high-performing ads. This role offers ownership of regionally impactful campaigns with a lean, fast-moving team.
๐ฏ What You'll Do
- Plan, launch, and optimize paid digital campaigns across Meta, Google Ads, and TikTok.
- Monitor and analyze campaign KPIs (CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS) daily.
- Conduct A/B testing on ad creatives, copy, audiences, placements, and bidding strategies.
- Manage campaign budgets across channels, ensuring efficient allocation and maximum ROI.
๐ Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, or related field.
- Proven experience in digital advertising operations or performance marketing roles.
- Hands-on expertise in Facebook Business Manager, Google Ads, TikTok Ads, and related ad tools.
- Proficiency in analytics platforms such as Google Analytics, Meta Ads Reporting, and campaign dashboards.
