You'll be the go-to contact for lawyers, ensuring they have everything to deliver expert legal advice. Your work will make a real impact on how lawyers and clients experience Woodstock Legal Services. You'll join a people-first culture where your contribution really matters.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Send ID checks and client care letters via Legl e-verification system
• Open and manage new legal files in LEAP
• Support onboarding new consultants and respond to queries
• Collaborate with teammates to manage priorities and deadlines

📋 Requirements

• Experience in an admin, operational, or customer support role
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
• Proactive, taking ownership and acting on gaps

• Legal or office experience
• Familiarity with ID verification or compliance processes
