Description

You will shape the AI Manager experience within Ada's Dashboard, designing workflows to help customers train, evaluate, and deploy their AI Agent across chat, voice, and email. Your work will streamline setup and improvement, making complex AI systems intuitive and approachable without requiring deep AI expertise.

Requirements

• 5+ years of product design experience on complex, systems-driven products
• Strong interaction and visual design skills with attention to form and function
• Systems thinking: design for patterns, behaviors, and modularity
• Comfortable working in ambiguity and defining problem spaces
• Customer-obsessed mindset with ability to advocate for end users

Responsibilities

• Design workflows to accelerate time to value for AI Agent setup
• Create intuitive ways for customers to identify gaps and refine Agent behavior
• Make complex AI systems approachable for non-expert users
• Balance no-code configuration with adaptive AI behavior
• Run discovery with customers and internal teams to gather insights and validate ideas
