💼 About This Role

You'll ensure the safety of students during overnight hours at hotels, monitoring floors from 9:45 PM to 5:00 AM. This role is critical to providing a safe and positive experience for students and educators on educational tours. You'll work closely with coordinators to respond to emergencies and maintain professionalism.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Monitor assigned hotel floors from 9:45 PM to 5:00 AM.
• Respond to emergencies and report suspicious activity.
• Maintain professional relationships with students and staff.
• Check in/out with hotel personnel and follow escalation protocols.

📋 Requirements

• Availability from March to June during peak season.
• Must have use of sensory skills to see, read, talk, and hear.
• Ability to walk up and down numerous flights of stairs.
• Successful completion of background screening.

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience working with students or in education.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Previous customer service experience.
