You'll drive school- and district-wide adoption of CommonLit 360 by designing implementation systems and supporting partner success. You'll tackle complex challenges using implementation science and change management expertise. This role connects cross-functional teams to ensure a cohesive partner experience.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Execute and improve implementation strategy for CommonLit 360
• Diagnose implementation challenges and design solutions
• Lead cross-functional initiatives for partner success
• Serve as subject matter expert on implementation and adult learning

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree required; Master's preferred
• 10+ years in K-12 education
• 5+ years in school or district leadership role
• Deep expertise in implementation science or change management

• Master's degree in Educational Leadership or related field
• Experience with ELA curriculum implementation
• Strong cross-functional collaboration skills
