Description

You'll design, implement, secure, and support enterprise IT systems in a multi-site manufacturing environment. This role owns Tier 3 incident resolution and leads infrastructure modernization projects across hybrid and cloud environments like **Azure** and **AWS**. You'll be the final escalation point for complex technical issues while driving automation and documentation.

Requirements

• 7+ years delivering enterprise IT solutions end-to-end.
• 5+ years hands-on managing **Microsoft Azure** environments.
• Deep experience with **Microsoft 365** including Entra ID, Teams, and Intune.
• Strong experience with **Active Directory** and hybrid identity.

Responsibilities

• Resolve Tier 3 incidents across hardware, software, identity, and infrastructure.
• Lead end-to-end delivery of enterprise IT initiatives and migrations.
• Design and support Microsoft Azure, AWS, and Microsoft 365 environments.
• Administer Windows Server, Active Directory, and virtualization platforms.
