You'll manage strategic partnerships and drive revenue growth for Aircall's LATAM expansion. You'll lead the go-to-market strategy in Mexico, Colombia, and Chile, collaborating with Sales, Marketing, and Outbound. This role offers the chance to shape a new market entry at a unicorn AI communications platform.

🎯 What You'll Do

  • Manage relationships with key strategic partners in LATAM.
  • Identify new partnership opportunities to expand market presence.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams for growth initiatives.
  • Represent Aircall at industry events and thought leadership forums.

📋 Requirements

  • Fluency in Spanish and English (must-have).
  • Entrepreneurial mindset to establish presence in new market.
  • Experience with channel and integration partnerships in LATAM.
  • Self-starter motivated to succeed in fast-paced environment.

✨ Nice to Have

  • Experience with HubSpot, Salesforce, or Zendesk ecosystems.
