You will support Stripe's largest and most complex users by providing customized strategic consultations, fostering long-term relationships, and collaborating cross-functionally to help businesses optimize their technical operations and accelerate global growth with Stripe.
Requirements
- 5+ years experience in enterprise-level client-facing work
- Strong product sense and ability to solve difficult user problems
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to lead complex integration conversations proactively
- Familiarity with APIs and SQL
Responsibilities
- Provide gold standard experience to assigned accounts' key stakeholders
- Foster long-term user relationships to grow loyalty to Stripe and Stripe products
- Work cross-functionally to provide operational solutions on fraud, declines, product adoption, and global expansion
- Lead user-facing meetings both in person and via video chat
- Create user-facing content for long-term solutions
