Description

In this role, you will design and implement lean material replenishment systems such as Kanban, PFEP, JIT, and FIFO to support IEM's lean production system. You will collaborate with Production, Supply Chain, and Fabrication teams to ensure successful adoption of these processes.

Responsibilities

• Design, pilot, and implement lean material replenishment systems including Kanban, PFEP, JIT, and visual replenishment strategies
• Develop and maintain point-of-use (POU) inventory solutions to reduce material travel and downtime
• Serve as cross-functional liaison among Production, Supply Chain, and Fabrication
