Description

You will manage a portfolio of large accounts, build trustful relationships, and deliver insights to help merchants succeed. You'll also identify up-sell and cross-sell opportunities while collaborating with cross-functional teams to shape the Account Manager function.

Requirements

  • More than 5 years of relevant experience in sales or account management in retail
  • Fluent in French and full professional proficiency in English
  • Commercial skills: finding new opportunities and negotiation
  • KPI driven and autonomous in managing portfolio
  • Demanding and reliable with high goals
  • Empathetic and willing to go the extra mile for clients
  • Autonomous and driven to find solutions
  • Great written and oral communication skills

Responsibilities

  • Manage, negotiate and retain a portfolio of large accounts
  • Establish trustful relationships with Alma's large merchants
  • Be the key point of communication for merchants' stakeholders
  • Analyse merchants' performance to provide superior insights
  • Identify up-sell/cross-sell opportunities and develop strategic plans
  • Ensure accounts maximise conversion, turnover, and basket size
  • Share insights and feedback with Product Engineering and wider organisation
