Description
You will manage a portfolio of large accounts, build trustful relationships, and deliver insights to help merchants succeed. You'll also identify up-sell and cross-sell opportunities while collaborating with cross-functional teams to shape the Account Manager function.
Requirements
- More than 5 years of relevant experience in sales or account management in retail
- Fluent in French and full professional proficiency in English
- Commercial skills: finding new opportunities and negotiation
- KPI driven and autonomous in managing portfolio
- Demanding and reliable with high goals
- Empathetic and willing to go the extra mile for clients
- Autonomous and driven to find solutions
- Great written and oral communication skills
Responsibilities
- Manage, negotiate and retain a portfolio of large accounts
- Establish trustful relationships with Alma's large merchants
- Be the key point of communication for merchants' stakeholders
- Analyse merchants' performance to provide superior insights
- Identify up-sell/cross-sell opportunities and develop strategic plans
- Ensure accounts maximise conversion, turnover, and basket size
- Share insights and feedback with Product Engineering and wider organisation
